3. Subscription Plans & Billing
Subscription plans are billed as described at the time of purchase — either as a one-time payment for a fixed term, or as a one-time payment for lifetime access, depending on the plan selected. Prices are shown in USD and are subject to change; changes will not affect a plan you've already purchased.
4. No Refund Policy
All sales are final. Due to the nature of digital subscription activation, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once a plan has been purchased, except where required by applicable law.
If you experience an issue with your subscription, we encourage you to contact us at support@satellitemusicservices.com first — we're happy to help resolve it directly. That said, contacting us is never a requirement: you're free to contact your card issuer to dispute a charge at any time.
